assisting in overall operational tasks. The administration manager is responsible for ensuring
that the service and construction departments operate smoothly from a back-office
standpoint.
This position will lead a team of admin professionals to accomplish time-sensitive task while maintaining customer and vendor relationships through communication, displaying a professional company image, and promoting companies core values.

10% - Complete and distribute the Contract Initiation/Completion form for each project
10% - Review of job and project status and adherence to company SOPs

Previous contract management experience or parallel experience
Advanced PDF document creation and management
Advanced administrative / clerical skills / computer proficiency, including an
understanding of Microsoft Office and the operation within ERP Systems
