Manager (CAM), reporting to the Director of Nursing, will provide support
coordinating with department functions including admissions, medical
billing, clinical site services, and human resources, while deftly managing
the clinical admin duties of the facility. The CAM is a vital position within our
organization and will assist in the overall operations and patient care within
the facility, ensuring compliance with patient care quality standards. We’re looking for an individual who can lead

Primary
Responsibilities Include:
· Assist the Director of Nursing with admin
duties including faxing, scanning, preparation of documentation, and scheduling
· Support patient admission and discharge, process
any changes to patients financial agreements
· Assist with hiring and onboarding of new staff
· Assist and oversee Behavioral Health
Technicians when needed
· Act in a support role when census is high by
cleaning/turning over rooms and assist staff in an administrative capacity
· Patient meal ordering and daily lunch pickup
· Conduct pre-certifications and medical record
review, interface with billing company and Manager of Reimbursement
· Attend, schedule, and document QM meetings
· Assist in facilitating scheduled behavioral
health training and record attendance
· Copy and distribute medical records approved
by the Director of Nursing
· Act with empathy, compassion, and kindness toward
patients and families, utilize effective listening to any concerns
· Maintain company neutrality regarding 12 Step
vs. non 12 Step programs
· Order supplies, assist with
shipping/receiving, record minutes for all meetings
· Various other duties to be assigned
Successful
Candidates Must Have:
· High school diploma or equivalent
· Must be at least 21 years of age
· Prior administrative experience in a
medical/clinical setting
· Excellent written and verbal communication
skills (English)
· Proficient computer skills including Microsoft
Office programs (Outlook & Excel)
· Strong organizational, analytical, and
problem-solving skills
· Ability to work autonomously, prioritize well,
and handle multiple tasks
· Current CPR certification
· Ability to lift and carry 50 lbs, push and
pull 100 lbs.
· Must have full range of motion and be able to
walk, stand, kneel, reach, etc.
· Strong desire to be part of a team dedicated
to providing patients with exceptional therapeutic care

physical & mental health crises
