The Food Runner / Expeditor is responsible for plate presentation and prompt delivery of each dish to the guest. He / She would assist the Chef in keeping the kitchen stocked with necessary items, dress each plate with the appropriate condiments to complete presentation, and ensure efficient delivery to the table.
