We are a company with operations in the western U.S. and Canada -specifically Idaho, Nevada, Arizona. We utilize track, truck, and articulated buggy mounted equipment to explore for minerals with coring, reverse circulation, dual rotary, and sonic drilling methods.

The position:

A driller at Harris Exploration is held in high regard and critical to a successful operation. The Driller is present at each and every client interaction at the field level and establishes positive relationships to promote future work for the Company. Drillers hold a Senior position responsible for:

• Compliance with Harris's Health and Safety Management System
• On a project basis, report directly to Project Manager, Supervisor, General Manager or Vice President
• Safe operation, transport and maintenance of all equipment and shop area
• Provide direction and instruction to Helpers in completing Drilling Operations
• Ensure equipment is inspected and maintained within established Company and/or manufacturer’s guidelines
• Complete routine maintenance on equipment, included but not limited to, a complete Service Package (oil / fuel filters, greasing, visual inspection of track/truck and rig components)
• Clean equipment after each job, ready for the next Operator. This includes all support equipment, tooling and consumables
• Load own equipment for each project
• Promote a positive image of the Company at a Field Level
• Refuse unsafe or unfamiliar work
• Complete Field documentation, including transportation logs, safety forms and drill logs
• Submit all documentation to Head Office
• Complete individual timesheets, submitted to Head Office on weekly basis

· Washing Equipment

· Ensuring cleanliness and order of all drilling rigs and support equipment

· Complete necessary transportation documentation prior to mobilization

· Complete individual timesheets, submitted to Head Office on a weekly basis

Ideal Requirements:

- Reliable and trustworthy

- Tickets (MSHA)

- Valid CDL
