New Pathways for Children is a 501(c)3 Christian ministry with the vision of bringing hope to children in crisis. We rescue children out of neglect, abuse, domestic violence, homelessness or other harmful environments and place them in a safe and loving home where we can instill in them a sense of hope and belonging.

What You'll Do

New Pathways for Children has been blessed with a large campus in a beautiful setting and great facilities. As Facilities Manager you’ll help us care for our residents by taking care of the facilities that they use daily. You’ll be responsible for the upkeep, maintenance and upgrades of our physical facilities.

You will:

• Maintain and repair buildings, furnishings, and equipment to a safe condition of all facilities.
• Make repairs immediately as required and approved by the Executive Director following our yearly inspection for state license.
• Maintain lawn and landscaping of all facilities.
• Perform minor carpentry, painting, electrical, and plumbing maintenance/repairs.
• Perform inspections of all campuses.
• Cleaning as required and needed.
• Check Maintenance Request forms daily and sign off on completed maintenance requests.
• Work with other professionals to supervise repairs as needed.
• Oversee the maintenance, inspection and renewals of NPFC Vehicles

What You Need to Get the Job Done (Minimum Qualifications)

• Must be at least 25 years of age.
• Experience in various facilities/ building and automobile maintenance.
• Skills in landscaping and maintenance of lawn care equipment.
• Must possess a valid drivers’ license and liability insurance.
• Must demonstrate some skill in painting and construction.

Job Type: Part-time

Pay: From $15.00 per hour

Expected hours: 20 – 35 per week
