An Associate or Bachelor degree is preferred in a related field: Building Technology, Engineering, Construction Management, Architecture, or equivalent. Extensive experience in healthcare facilities management will be considered in combination with a High School / Technical School diploma or GED.
Facilities Management certification preferred.
3 - 5 years' experience in supervisory or management roles required, preferably in a health care or research setting.
Valid motor vehicle driver's license required.
