Estimates costs for labor, materials, and services. Additionally, Facilities Planner generates, monitors, and updates project plans and timelines with task details, deliverables, and status updates. Coordinates construction and installation processes and expedites delivery of materials required by projects. May require a bachelor's degree or equivalent. Typically reports to a manager. The Facilities Planner occasionally directed in several aspects of the work. Gaining exposure to some of the complex tasks within the job function. LOCATION: Facilities Management Department
REPORTS TO: Director of Facilities
POSITION SUMMARY:
The Foreman is responsible for assisting the Director. This job intales over seeing day to day maintenance operations for buildings and grounds . Oversee the maintenance of building machanical equipment, i.e. ( HVAC equipment, boiler equipment, kitchen equipment, ect.) Oversee the maintenace of the grounds and irrigation throughout the district. Involved in monitoring and failitating new and remodle construction projects. Provides oversight and direction to building custodial staff process and procedures.
