We are looking for an experienced Field Manager to join our construction team.
The successful candidate will be responsible for managing a team of field (subs) technicians and ensuring that all projects are completed on time and within budget.
The Field Manager will also be responsible for overseeing the safety of all personnel, ensuring that all equipment is properly maintained, and providing technical support to the team when needed.
The ideal candidate will have excellent communication, organizational skills, time management, computer savvy as well as a strong understanding of the construction, make ready, turn, scope, industry.
This position will require heavy travel within Huntsville, AL area and surrounding cities. Great compensation and benefit package available.
**Key Responsibilities: **
- Conduct thorough scope walks for standardizing the scoping process.
- Schedule pre-construction walkthroughs with sub-contractors for new work orders.
- Oversee pre-construction and progress walkthroughs, maintaining quality control.
- Manage punch list walkthroughs to ensure project completion.
- Utilize our software management system for seamless communication.
- Collaborate with Project Leads and Directors.
- Supervise and mentor field staff.
- Manage multiple projects, including production and scheduling.
- Ensure compliance with safety regulations.
- Develop strategies to enhance efficiency and productivity.
- Monitor and provide feedback on field staff performance.
- Maintain accurate and timely paperwork completion.
