Job Summary:
RaiZan Solutions, a leading recruitment agency, is seeking a highly motivated and experienced Field Operations Manager to join our client's team in Eau Claire, Wisconsin. As the Field Operations Manager, you will be responsible for overseeing all aspects of our franchise operations. This includes managing a team of franchise project managers, ensuring compliance with company standards and policies, and driving operational efficiency and effectiveness. This is a full-time, individual contributor role offering a competitive salary and benefits package in the franchise industry.
Major Duties and Responsibilities- Collaborate with Project Managers on job planning.
- Attend Project Shop Drawing Reviews and Pre-con meetings.
- Recruit and train field employees.
- Develop schedules and coordinate material/equipment deliveries.
- Schedule personnel and attend job and safety meetings.
- Promote communication and resolve issues proactively.
- Ensure quality control across all project aspects.
- Ensure timely receipt and proper storage of materials and equipment.
- Tile Laying: 5 years (Preferred)
- Foreman Experience: 5 years (Preferred)
- Commercial Tile Setting Experience: Required
- Ability to Oversee and Lead a Team Remotely: Required
