Pay Grade: 8 Non-Bargaining Unit

Purpose of Position:

Maintain ground keeping tasks for safety purposes regarding ice maintenance and general cleaning of the facility including but not limited to the fitness center. Also includes the additional duties of sharpening skates, concession stand assistance, and fitness center monitoring. This position will require the constant monitoring of the facility.

Specific Tasks/Duties & Responsibilities performed:

Responsibilities include a focus on monitoring for safety and maintenance for enter facility. Such as ice maintenance, general cleaning, skate sharpening, constant monitoring of the fitness center and assistance with the concessions.

Minimum Qualifications:

· Valid Driver's license

· Willingness to work various shifts

· Physical Requirements

o Willingness to work in all weather conditions

o Ability to continual stand and walk during for extended periods of time

o Continual talking in person or on the phone during shift.

o Must be able to occasionally lift/move up to 30lbs either by yourself or with the help of others

· Will occasionally encounter cleaning chemicals on shift.
