Field Service Manager manages field service personnel to provide effective on-site support and technical assistance with various products or equipment. Plans and oversees installation, troubleshooting, and maintenance of products/equipment to ensure proper function and maximize uptime. Being a Field Service Manager oversees the scheduling and training of field service representatives. Handles service contracts and directs support services. Additionally, Field Service Manager develops methods, guidelines, and policies to facilitate efficient service delivery. Reviews service reports to monitor service performance and enhance customer satisfaction. Ensures all customer issues are satisfactorily resolved, utilizing engineering, manufacturing, and other teams as needed. Requires a bachelor's degree. Typically reports to a director. The Field Service Manager manages subordinate staff in the day-to-day performance of their jobs. True first level manager. Ensures that project/department milestones/goals are met and adhering to approved budgets. Has full authority for personnel actions. To be a Field Service Manager typically requires 5 years experience in the related area as an individual contributor. 1 - 3 years supervisory experience may be required.   • As a Field Marketing Representative for Justice Cannabis Co. you will represent our brands across Illinois for the purposes of brand awareness and the sampling of non-medicated products.

Your schedule will be ever-changing, however, primary hours will be Thursday-Sunday across the state of New Jersey with your primary region being Central and North Jersey. 


    Mileage will be provided for locations more than 25 miles from our Somerset, NJ location

     

    In this role, you will largely be in charge of encouraging growth and brand awareness through product education. 

    FMRs will report to the Marketing Manager.

    As Justice's Field Marketing Representative - Edgewood , IL, you will represent all Justice product lines across the entire portfolio 

    Conduct in-store demos, as assigned by the sales and marketing team.

    Communicate facts regarding accurate dosing, nutrition, and key functions and benefits of cannabis

    Provide samples and gift branded swag to interested patients 

    Supervise all activity and consumer insights/feedback through digital recaps (taking photos and video on site at events)

    Be the eyes and ears of Justice from the field, reporting observations regarding retail accounts as well as competitor activity 

    Communicate success stories, key findings, and other activities to your manager 

     

    Marketing Events: 

    Support Trade Marketing events (inside & outside of retail environment) relevant to the brand and to the region (i. e. local festivals)

    Participate in the execution of sampling initiatives, reaching patients where they live and play 

     

    Building & Maintaining Relationships: 

    Build harmonious relationships with our retail partners and their staff to cultivate a strong affinity for the Justice brand! 

    Budtender/Staff Trainings: Conduct retail staff training (within accounts) on the Justice brand portfolio. 

     

    What we're looking for:

    2 years of experience in events, promotions, media or consumer products marketing 

    Minimum of 2 years work experience in a customer service setting

    Be 21 years of age 

    MUST have reliable transportation and be able to work evenings and weekends!

    Approx. 20-24 hours per week

    This is a remote role, but FMR may need to come to the office up to one day per week for sample pick-up and meetings. 

     

    The ability to positively engage the public, representing the brand in a highly positive manner An understanding of both marketing & sales fundamentals Sales experience and/or knowledge of the cannabis industry or CPG industry
