Home Improvement Finance Partners is now hiring a Collection Specialist Supervisor at our corporate office in Towson.
The primary focus of this position is to communicate with payers to resolve issues and facilitate payment of outstanding accounts, oversee and assist others in the daily collection process, monitor and report overall delinquency rates, and evaluate and implement methods to more efficiently manage payer accounts to reduce delinquencies.
