Finance Supervisor jobs in Ohio

We are looking for a Finance Supervisor to work for our client. The ideal candidate aligns with the responsibilities and qualifications outlined below.

Responsibilities:

• Assist with business planning and forecasting (budget, quarterly forecasts, long-range plan) for the group
• Utilize financial findings to make key strategic business decisions with leadership team
• Prepare and execute financial journal entries for month-end, quarter-end, and year-end closes
• Act as the team subject matter expert; provide training, mentoring, and coaching to financial analysts
• Educate and influence Operations leaders and Practice Managers on various finance matters
• Perform all other related duties as assigned

Qualifications:

• Bachelor's Degree in Accounting or Finance
• 5 years experience in finance experience
• Self-starter with a positive attitude and ability to build a team culture
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills with the ability to work with all levels of management
• Strong work ethic and effective organizational and management skills
• Ability to maintain a high degree of integrity and confidentiality
