Financial Aid Director - Higher Ed. manages and administers all aspects of student financial aid program. Oversees the critical flow of all grant, loan, and scholarship dollars to proper entities as required. POSITION CLASSIFICATION: Exempt (Executive)
POSITIONS SUPERVISED: All financial aid staff and student workers located on the Plainview campus and/or those working remotely who report to the Plainview campus financial aid office.
GENERAL RESPONSIBILITIES:
The Executive Director’s position will require both broad oversight as well as a hands-on management style, including a thorough knowledge of current best-practices in financial aid and an enrollment growth mindset. The position is responsible for successful federal and state audits, various reporting requirements, and leading an effective team of financial aid staff.
