GardaWorld Security Services is looking for a Manager of Financial Planning & Analysis to support our Financial Analyst team at our headquarters in St. Louis, MO, and our department Director.

    Position Summary

    The Manager of Financial Planning & Analysis is responsible for leading a team of Financial Analysts in supporting market leaders at various branches and regions across the U.S. This position will manage the team in a myriad of duties including financial analysis, budgeting, forecasting, work plan reporting, reconciliations, processing financial transactions, and tracking time and expenditures. This position will ensure these, and any other tasks assigned, are completed in an accurate and timely manner.

    Principal Functional Responsibilities

    • Collaborate with operational and corporate leadership to implement and oversee planning and forecasting across the regions.
    • Manage, mentor, and lead a team of regional financial analysts.
    • Prepare monthly financial reporting, supporting operational analysis and reporting for regions.
    • Manage a multi-dimensional budget approach which incorporates multiple branches and regions.
    • Understand and highlight key performance indicators and drive ad hoc analyses to provide actionable insights to operational leaders.
    • Provide regional financial support and branch/region PL management and analysis.
    • Perform other duties as directed by the department Director or their delegates.

    • Ability to help develop, improve, and document processes and procedures.
    • Exceptional attention to detail, a problem solver who is organized, flexible, self-directed, and possesses excellent written and verbal communication skills.
    • Ability to create, maintain and analyze data effectively and efficiently using spreadsheets and databases.
    • Ability to translate complex data into easily understandable and actionable information.
    • You are proficient in Microsoft Excel (pivot tables & VLOOKUP’s especially)
    • Ability to communicate effectively and work cooperatively with staff at all levels of the Organization, including internal and cross-departmental teams, and customers and vendors, consistently displaying a high level of professionalism.
    • Must possess the ability to work with confidential reports and information with complete discretion.
    • You have a positive attitude, high level of ethics, and values which support our company’s values, team, environment and a high-performance culture.
    • You possess a 4-year business-related degree with an emphasis in finance or accounting.
    • You have 1-2 years in an analyst/accounting.
    • 1-2 years of management or supervisory experience preferred.
    • Must successfully pass an extensive background screening which may include criminal record checks (local, state, and federal), drug test, skills assessment test, interviews, and personality profile.
    • A negative result on a pre-employment drug screen.
