In this role, you will play a key role in supporting all aspects of our client's financial operations. As a Financial Analyst, your primary responsibilities will include:

• Financial Analysis & Reporting: Analyze financial data to identify trends, assess risks, and prepare insightful reports for senior management.
• Month-End Close Support: Assist with the month-end closing process, ensuring accuracy and timely completion of all financial records.
• Financial Modeling & Forecasting: Develop and maintain financial models to forecast future performance and support budgeting initiatives.
• Budget Preparation: Collaborate with various departments to gather input and prepare comprehensive annual budgets.
• Variance Analysis: Analyze variances between actual results and budgeted/forecasted figures, and investigate any significant deviations.
• Financial Systems & Processes: Maintain a strong understanding of our client's financial systems and processes, and identify opportunities for improvement.
• Communication & Collaboration: Effectively communicate financial information to various stakeholders across the organization.

To be successful as a Financial Analyst, you will ideally possess the following qualifications:

• Bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting, or a related field.
• Minimum 1-2 years of experience in a financial analyst role.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
• Excellent attention to detail and accuracy.
• Proficient in Microsoft Excel and financial modeling tools.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
