Uses database, spreadsheet and other software to collect and manage data. Additionally, Financial Assistant (Corporate) may require a bachelor's degree. Typically reports to a supervisor or manager. The Financial Assistant (Corporate) works under moderate supervision. Gaining or has attained full proficiency in a specific area of discipline. I'm partnering with one of my favorite clients, a restoration services company, to find them a hands on Corporate Controller in the Boise area. This is a growing business, owned by a PE company, and they need an entrepreneurial and strategic leader to drive the accounting & finance function forward.
The PE owner is a top fund with a long history of successful investments in similar industries, and has recently launched new platform in the Restoration Services market, with a focus on residential restoration after flood/fire/general damage 🏡🏗️ They've already made 6 acquisitions and this one is the first in Boise!
They want an experienced Controller whose work will initially be 100% focused on this partner company, but over time, the role may evolve to a bigger scope, including responsibilities with the other partners in the region.
