Position Overview:
We are seeking a motivated and detail-oriented Administrative Assistant to support our team. They will play a crucial role in client service and administrative support, ensuring the efficient operation of our advisory practice.
Key Responsibilities:
- Assist with client meeting preparation, including gathering and organizing necessary documents and reports.
- Maintain client records and manage data entry in CRM systems.
- Schedule and confirm client appointments, manage calendars, and handle correspondence.
- Process and follow up on client service requests such as account openings, transfers, and updates. This includes investment proposals, investment applications, insurance illustrations, and insurance applications.
- Handle incoming client calls and emails, providing exceptional customer service and addressing inquiries promptly.
- Assist in the coordination of client events and seminars.
- Perform general administrative duties, including filing, scanning, and office supply management.
Qualifications:
- Prior experience in a financial services or administrative support role.
