POSITION SUMMARY
Reporting to the Manager, Financial Planning & Analysis, the Financial Analyst will support Budgets, Forecasts, MORs and Financial Analysis for a hospital/market and related entities.
Responsibilities- Provide financial support to hospital CFOs and FP&A leadership
- Forecasting and budgeting
- Capital expenditures, proformas and lookbacks
- Analysis and comparisons of actual results to forecasts and budgets
- Monthly Operating Review file prep and analysis
- Ad hoc financial requests
QualificationsEducation and Experience:
- Bachelors degree in a related field
- 2 years of related experience preferred
- Healthcare experience preferred
Knowledge, Skills and Abilities:
- Financial acumen and strong analytical skills
- Strong written and oral communication skills
- Deadline-driven, organized, and able to multi-task
- Commitment to development of self and others
