What You Will Be Doing
We are seeking empathetic and trustworthy individuals looking to grow their career within investment and finance solutions. Financial Counselor’s will spend time cultivating client relationships regarding personal Retirement Accounts to provide education and assistance based on each client’s needs. You will review client’s accounts and provide retirement account options and solutions.
Prior to the full-time role you will complete a 90-day paid study program to obtain the licenses required when handling client’s accounts. Placement is contingent upon obtaining all three licenses. In this role, you will obtain your SIE, Series 7 and Series 66 licenses.
Responsibilities
- Demonstrates expertise in areas of investments, markets, finance, and economic conditions with the ability to refer investment and retirement solutions
- Acting as primary support person for internal and external clients, supporting clients by answering questions and solving problems; transactional and navigational support
- Provide benefit event information regarding personal Retirement Accounts
Qualifications
- Bachelors Degree or higher required
- Brokerage industry experience/knowledge
- Ability to provide strong customer service while listening, eliciting information, and comprehending customer issues
- Basic computer skills including the ability to navigate multiple windows, applications, and utilize search tools to find information
- Excellent verbal, written, and interpersonal communication skills
- Knowledge and understanding of banking products, policies, and procedures; within a call center environment.
