Position Overview: The Director of Financial Planning & Analysis will be responsible for providing comprehensive financial planning, analysis and reporting support to the apparel, clothing and CPG (CPG) divisions of the company. This position will lead the development of financial models to support decision-making, develop financial plans, analyze results, create financial statements and reports, and develop and implement effective financial processes and procedures.
Key Responsibilities
- Develop financial models to analyze and forecast the financial performance of the CPG divisions.
- Analyze financial data and develop reports for the CPG divisions.
- Develop and manage financial plans and budget.
- Monitor financial performance against budget and provide insight into areas of improvement.
- Ensure accuracy and integrity of financial data and reports.
- Develop and maintain effective financial processes and procedures.
- Develop relationships with internal stakeholders and external partners.
- Provide guidance and support to the CPG divisions.
- Assist in ad-hoc projects and analysis as needed.
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in accounting, finance, economics or related field.
- 5 years of experience in financial planning & analysis.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
- Strong organizational and interpersonal skills.
- Advanced knowledge of financial planning & analysis, financial planning, analysis and FP&A.
- Ability to work independently and in a team environment.
- Experience in apparel, clothing and/or CPG a plus.
