The Financial Planning and Analysis Director manages a departmental sub-function within a broader departmental function. Creates functional strategies and specific objectives for the sub-function and develops budgets/policies/procedures to support the functional infrastructure. Deep knowledge of the managed sub-function and solid knowledge of the overall departmental function.     Financial Planning & Analysis Manger (Remote)

    We are looking for a Financial Planning & Analysis Manager (remote) to join our Support Services Division in our Corporate office. As a Financial Planning & Analysis Manager, you will be responsible for leading the budgeting, forecasting, long-term planning, implementation, and business strategic analysis of the financial team. Prepares monthly financial statements and variance reports and presents to executive team. This position conducts financial analysis, modeling, forecasting, and reporting efforts to ensure efficient financial operations. Reviews analysis results, develops insightful suggestions for improving financial performance and making strategic decisions.

    This position is a full-time remote position, the successful candidate would have strong written and verbal communication, organizational skills, and attention to detail. A bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Financial Planning, Analytics, Business Management, Auditing, or equivalent experience/education and at least 5 years of nonprofit financial planning. Targeted compensation for this position is $89,000-$115,00 a year. First review of candidates will be on June 14th, 2024 and then every 5 days after.
