Financial Reporting Manager is responsible for managing the preparation and distribution of periodic financial statements for external use. Ensures that reports, filings and documentation complies with company's regulations, professional standards, and SEC and GAAP reporting guidelines. Being a Financial Reporting Manager manages the financial reporting staff May work with external auditors to provide requested information. May assist with the preparation of materials for board or shareholders. Additionally, Financial Reporting Manager requires a bachelor's degree in accounting or finance. Typically reports to a director. The Financial Reporting Manager manages subordinate staff in the day-to-day performance of their jobs. True first level manager. SFR currently has employees in the following states: Florida, Georgia, Alabama, Kentucky, Utah, Illinois, Wisconsin, California, and Ohio. The HR Supervisor will be expected to support payroll, payroll taxes, and HR requirements in these states. The specific states where SFR operates will vary depending on the current employees.
The Human Resources Supervisor would use their expertise to remotely support all payroll and HR related actions. This includes, but is not limited to payroll tax filing and payments, setup and maintenance of all state tax related accounts, modifying and creating policies, acting as an HR representative for other team members, and any other state & federal requirements as they relate to employee/employer relations.
