Financial Reporting Supervisor supervises employees responsible for the preparation and distribution of annual and/or quarterly financial statements for external use. Ensures that all documentation complies with company regulations, professional standards, and SEC and GAAP reporting guidelines. Being a Financial Reporting Supervisor may serve as a liaison with external auditors. May require a bachelor's degree. Additionally, Financial Reporting Supervisor typically reports to a manager or head of a unit/department. Working team member that may validate or coordinate the work of others on a support team. Scope: The Financial & Reporting Analyst reports to the Controller and assists in compiling and reporting on data to ensure compliance with construction contracts and internal policies and procedures to include prevailing wage and apprenticeship requirements, lien waiver compliance, and expense report reviews. The Financial & Reporting Analyst will provide support for various other projects as assigned to ensure contractual compliance and that the financial records are closed timely and in accordance with U.S. GAAP.
Physical Requirements: Abilty to lift up to 50 lbs on occassion.
Working Conditions: Most work time is spent in the office environment, utilizing computers (frequent use of various Microsoft software/programs), phones, and general office equipment. Occasional time is spent outside of the office visiting vendors’ and/or internal customers’ sites in additional to attending various conferences and meetings.
Location: This position is located in our West Lebanon, NH, office with two-day per week hybrid flexibility after initial training period.
