Ensures that all documentation complies with company regulations, professional standards, and SEC and GAAP reporting guidelines. Being a Financial Reporting Supervisor may serve as a liaison with external auditors. May require a bachelor's degree. Additionally, Financial Reporting Supervisor typically reports to a manager or head of a unit/department. Working team member that may validate or coordinate the work of others on a support team. Suggests improvements to process, is a knowledge resource for other team members. Has no authority for staff actions. Generally has a minimum of 2 years experience as an individual contributor. EDUCATION AND EXPERIENCE
Bachelor's degree in accounting, finance, or related field and at least 15 years of progressively related work experience in gaming, or an equivalent combination of education and experience. CPA or Certified Management Accountant certificate and/or master’s degree in accounting preferred.

WORK ENVIRONMENT
Work is primarily performed in a climate-controlled and professional office setting but can be exposed to smoke and normal casino noise. Work will require travel, including overnight stays.
