Fleet Administrator, Sr. jobs in New Hampshire

An exciting opportunity to join our Fleet Registration Team in an advanced position. The Registration area is a key cog in the Fleet Operations wheel; ensuring vehicles are registered and titled efficiently-thus allowing their delivery to our valued clients. Your analytical mind, attention to detail and expertise in DMV guidelines will support your success in this very important role.

Location: Merchants Fleet Headquarters in Hooksett, NH

What You Will Do Each Day

• Research and coordinate the preparation of license and title documents and delegate to team for processing.
• Maintain expertise regarding DMV guidelines in all states in accordance with jurisdictional rules and regulations.
• Handle client and vendor escalations leveraging experience and independent judgment.
• Partner with Client Experience, Mobility, Acquisitions and Tax departments to establish and enforce best practices.
• Receive and QC all titles for sale leasebacks to provide clearance for funding.
• Research complex transactions and client requests and provide consultative advice for resolution/implementation.
• Work closely with dealerships, client contacts and internal departments as appropriate to fulfill state requirements.
• Run daily team workflow reports to determine priorities and identify new work for delegation/reassignment.

• Excellent decision making, organizational skills and multi-tasking abilities with aptitude for organizational change, innovation, creativity, and ability to “look outside the box”.
• Excellent written, oral communication and project management skills.
• Required computer skills: Microsoft Word, Microsoft Excel, Microsoft Explorer, Microsoft Outlook.
  
  

Your Experience And Education

• Associate’s or Bachelor’s degree or equivalent work experience
• Minimum 2 years working in a fleet registration role with proven ability and department expertise, highly desired
