Flight Instructor jobs in California

Flight instructor wanted for a busy Southern California flight school.

PILOT:
The ideal candidate:

• has around 300 to 500 total flight hours OR a career instructor with experience
• resides in Southern California to be available for an interview on short notice
• Cessna 172 experience

AVIATION TASKS:
Aircraft instruction includes instructing in C172/C182/PA28.
Extensive use of visual simulators to prepare students efficiently and effectively for the flight tasks.

ENVIRONMENT:
You will have your own office with electronic and "grandfather's" whiteboard.
We have offices over two floors of a building right next to the ramp.

EXTERNAL:
Aircraft instruction also in owner aircraft, various makes and models.
Simulator instruction includes job preparation for charter and airline applicants.
Ground and simulator instruction for currency and upgrades/type rating preparation.

Job Types: Full-time, Part-time, Contract

Pay: From $30.00 per hour

Expected hours: No less than 40 per week
