Flight Instructor instructs student pilots in flight procedures and techniques in ground school courses and flight training. Prepares lesson plans. Being a Flight Instructor evaluates and monitors students performance. This position is typically is represented by a senior level pilot. Our instructors provide contract instruction in our Aviation Training Device to pilots of all experience levels. Instructors may bring their own students to the simulator or teach our students.
This position is part time and instructor may work on their own schedule aligned with simulator/student availability.
Responsibilities
Provide high quality instruction in the simulator through any number of guided courses or at the direction of the client. Operate the simulator while simultaneously providing instruction to ensure a realistic experience for the client.
Qualifications
CFI or CFII. Must be proficient with computers. Experience with flight simulation software and/or FAA approved Aviation Training Devices (ATD) is preferred.
