Job Summary
Join the East Coast Float Spa Team! We're looking for positive attitudes, self-motivated, and team-players with a great work ethic! We have flexible hours to accommodate school or other jobs and a great team environment that supports professional development while helping others discover all of the benefits of Floatation Therapy here at our all-natural Spa. Please note that this is an entry-level position and we will fully train you so that you do not require prior Spa experience.
The Client Experience Specialist will be responsible for the day-to-day interactions with clients and upkeep of the Float Spa, which includes but is not limited to: checking-in clients, setting proper expectations of the Floating experience, explaining the benefits of Floating and other relaxation services offered at East Coast Float Spa, cleaning the Spa and the Float Rooms, answering client inquiries in person, on the phone, on social media, or via email, and selling various services and products.
