Responsibilities: - Greet and welcome spa guests in a friendly and professional manner - Provide exceptional customer service to ensure a positive spa experience for guests - Assist guests with check-in and check-out procedures - Schedule spa appointments and manage the appointment book - Maintain cleanliness and organization of the spa reception area - Answer phone calls and respond to inquiries about spa services - Promote and upsell spa products and services to guests - Process payments and handle cash transactions accurately - Collaborate with other spa staff to ensure smooth operations Skills: - Excellent organizational skills to manage appointments and schedules effectively - Strong sales skills with the ability to upsell spa products and services - Bilingual proficiency in English and Spanish is a plus - Knowledge of retail math for handling cash transactions - Ability to prioritize tasks and manage time efficiently - Previous experience in retail sales or wireless sales is desirable - Attention to detail to ensure accuracy in handling guest information Note: This job description is not intended to be all-inclusive.
