Floor Broker receives buy and sell orders from clients or company executives and completes these orders on the securities trading floor. Evaluates market volatility and ensures clients receive the best rate available. Being a Floor Broker requires a bachelor's degree in area of specialty and may require state licensure. Typically reports to a supervisor or manager. To be a Floor Broker typically requires 4 to 7 years of related experience. Contributes to moderately complex aspects of a project. Compensation :
$83,500 - $155,000 at plan yearly
Responsibilities :
- Act as an intermediary between your seller and potential buyer
- Complete documents such as representation contracts, purchase agreements, closing statements, leases, and more
- Participate in open houses, networking activities, and MLS to enhance your sales; present purchase offers to sellers

Qualifications :
- Must have NC Real Estate License (SC Real Estate License a plus!)
- Display excellent verbal and written communication skills
