    Job Description: We are seeking a dynamic and experienced individual to join our team as a Bank Floor Operations Manager. In this role, you will be responsible for overseeing the daily operations of our bank floor, ensuring efficient and effective service delivery to our clients while maintaining compliance with regulatory standards. You will play a pivotal role in driving operational excellence, managing staff, and optimizing processes to enhance the overall customer experience.

    Responsibilities:

    • Operational Management:
    • Oversee the day-to-day operations of the bank floor, including teller transactions, customer inquiries, and account management.
    • Monitor service levels and implement strategies to improve efficiency and productivity.
    • Ensure compliance with bank policies, procedures, and regulatory requirements.
    • Customer Service Excellence:
    • Lead by example in delivering exceptional customer service and fostering a customer-centric culture among staff.
    • Address customer inquiries, concerns, and complaints in a timely and professional manner.
    • Identify opportunities to enhance the customer experience and implement customer service initiatives accordingly.
    • Staff Management and Development:
    • Recruit, train, and mentor bank floor staff to ensure high performance and adherence to operational standards.
    • Conduct regular performance evaluations and provide constructive feedback and coaching.
    • Foster a positive work environment that promotes teamwork, collaboration, and employee engagement.
    • Process Optimization:
    • Identify inefficiencies in operational processes and implement improvements to streamline workflows and enhance productivity.
    • Collaborate with other departments to implement new technologies and automation solutions to drive efficiency gains.
    • Monitor key performance indicators and implement measures to achieve operational goals and targets.
    • Risk Management:
    • Implement risk mitigation measures to safeguard against fraud, errors, and security breaches.
    • Conduct regular audits and reviews to ensure compliance with internal controls and regulatory requirements.
    • Develop and implement contingency plans to address operational disruptions and emergencies.

    Qualifications:

    • Preferred bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Finance, or a related field.
    • Minimum of 10 years of experience in banking operations, with at least 5 years in a supervisory or managerial role.
    • Thorough understanding of banking products, services, and operational processes.
    • Strong leadership and management skills, with the ability to motivate and inspire teams to achieve performance goals.
    • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to interact effectively with customers, staff, and senior management.
    • Analytical mindset with the ability to identify operational inefficiencies and implement solutions.
    • Knowledge of regulatory requirements and compliance standards governing the banking industry.
