Responsibilities
Flower processing and design
Event prep, installs and strikes as needed (lots of weekend work during busy seasons)
Working with clients and vendors
Sales and gardening experiences might be useful as well
Qualifications
At a minimum, basic knowledge of design and color theory
Great ability to pay attention to details
Trouble-shooting and thinking on your feet skills
Excellent verbal and written communication skills
Physical ability to work long days and lift heavy items at times
