Job Summary:
We are seeking a creative and detail-oriented Floral Designer to join our team. The ideal candidate will have a passion for floral design and creating beautiful arrangements for various occasions.
Duties:
- Design and create floral arrangements such as bouquets, centerpieces, corsages, and boutonnières
- Maintain inventory of flowers, plants, and supplies
- Provide excellent customer service by assisting clients in selecting the perfect floral arrangements
- Operate cash registers and handle transactions accurately
- Keep work area clean and organized
- Assist with general store duties as needed
Experience:
- Previous experience in floral design is preferred
- Strong organizational skills to manage inventory and orders efficiently
- Experience with cash handling and POS systems
- Excellent customer service skills to interact with clients effectively
- Multilingual abilities are a plus to cater to diverse clientele
- Knowledge of using a cash register
- Ability to communicate effectively with customers and team members
- Willingness to sell floral products creatively
- Interest or experience in lawn care is beneficial
