Summary of position : This position is responsible for directing and organizing the activities of the Food and Beverage Department to maintain high standards of food and beverage quality, service and merchandising to maximize profits.

Qualifications : Minimum of 4 years' experience and 2 years of supervisory experience preferred. Prior hotel or hospitality experience required.
