Food Server - Institution jobs in Missouri

V's Italiano Ristorante is a Family Owned & Operated restaurant, established in 1963. Server openings are rare, as we have many long term employees and very little turnover. Business is growing rapidly and we need to add someone great to our team. Please apply to join our family!

In this role you will:

· Offer a friendly greeting to your guests

· Have full knowledge of our food and beverage menus, and answer any questions that the guest may ask.

· Accurately take and place guests orders on our POS system (Toast)

· Deliver orders, as placed, to the proper guest.

· Pre-Bus dishes from your tables as each guest finishes.

· Ensure each guest has a pleasant experience while dining at your table.

· Accurately collect cash and/or process credit card payments. You will self-bank during your shift.

· Complete any beginning or closing shift duties.

Requirements:

· At least 1 year of serving experience

· Must be 18 years of age or older (in order to obtain a Liquor Service Permit)

· Must be able to carry trays and/or bus tubs up to 25 lbs., stand for extended periods of time, and work quickly and accurately.

· Must be able to work weekends and holidays.

Job Type: Part-time

Pay: $15.00 - $30.00 per hour

Expected hours: 10 – 25 per week
