SAGE Dining Services® is seeking talented HANDS ON Chef Manager/Food Service Director for a private college in NE Washington, DC. This position is all about leadership, imagination, creativity, and demonstrating a strong work ethic.
This operation has food service meals/events seven days a week so this position requires weekend and evenings hours. A strong background in menu development, production, teamwork, ordering, catering and leading a team is required. There is another salaried manager, Exectuive Chef, at this location.
We hire candidates who are "foodies" and are knowledgeable in current food trends and nutrition.
