Essential Duties And Responsibilities- Maintain and update complex budgeting models.
- Create and maintain a comprehensive 3-year forecasting model encompassing the Income Statement, Cash Flow, and Balance Sheet.
- Manage the 12-week cash projection process.
- Develop and report key performance indicators (KPIs) to track business performance.
- Create and maintain profitability models for products, product categories, customers, and geographies.
- Perform breakeven analyses and lease vs. buy models.
- Identify and track leading economic indicators and business drivers.
- Manage and mentor the financial analyst team.
- Serve as a liaison with other department heads and executives.
- Other duties as requested by business need.
- Bachelor's degree in Accounting or Finance.
- 5 years of experience in financial analysis or related roles.
- Strong analytical and technical skills in microeconomics or finance.
- Excellent problem-solving skills.
- Solid verbal communication skills.
- Advanced proficiency in Excel, PowerPoint, and business intelligence software for summarizing large amounts of data.
- Superior expertise in financial modeling.
- Ability to adapt to changing priorities, manage conflicting objectives, and work in a fast-paced environment.
- Ability to handle daily crises in a rapidly growing business.
- Mature, fact-based, and fair-minded approach.
- Consistent and regular attendance is expected.
- MBA degree.
- Experience leading or managing others
- Knowledge of direct marketing or e-commerce business.
- Experience in the manufacturing or cosmetic industry.
- Ability to write and execute SQL queries is a plus.

Physical requirements include arm and hand steadiness and finger dexterity enough to use a keyboard, ten-key, and telephone; occasional lifting, carrying, pushing, and pulling up to 40 pounds; may be subject to walking, standing, sitting, reaching, balancing, bending, crawling, handling, feeling, kneeling, climbing, twisting; and vision, speech, and hearing sufficient to perform the essential tasks.
Working Conditions
Working environment is primarily indoors in an office setting and occasionally outdoors for special events; requires some evening and possible weekend hours and requires use of telephone and other office equipment. This position is subject to occasional mandatory overtime.
