Foreclosure Specialist maintains current foreclosure status of assigned accounts. Processes foreclosure cases accurately and timely. Being a Foreclosure Specialist calculates and prepares reinstatement, payoff figures and other debt information to attorneys. Requires a high school diploma or equivalent. Additionally, Foreclosure Specialist typically reports to a supervisor. The Foreclosure Specialist works under moderate supervision. Duties include but are not limited to:
Work with mortgage lenders and/or servicers in all stages of the foreclosure process for Maryland.
Prepare and process foreclosure documents.
Meet client deadlines.
Prepare mailings.
File court documents.
Qualifications
1- 2 years of foreclosure experience. Maryland experience preferred
Ability to multi-task and prioritize.
Detail oriented.
Strong PC skills, including all Microsoft applications
Software experience - CaseAware, Black Knight, Tempo
