The FX trader works with the foreign exchange sales group to price and execute client flows and hedge/manage the related market risks. The ideal candidate will have 3-5 years of FX trading experience at a large Swap Dealer institution on a flow desk. Must have a solid understanding of FX markets. Must understand the intricacies of FX spot, forward, swap and option products and have experience managing a portfolio of OTC FX transactions. Position is based in Cleveland, Chicago or New York Office.

COMPENSATION AND BENEFITS
This position is eligible to earn a base salary in the range of $110,000 to $139,000 annually depending on job-related factors such as level of experience. Compensation for this role also includes eligibility for short-term incentive compensation and deferred incentive compensation subject to individual and company performance.
