Foreign Language Services Simulation, LLC. (FLSS) is currently looking for talented MILITARY Role Players/Actors in support of the 1st Special Forces Command (Airborne) (1SFC (A)) SAGE EAGLE (SE) at WSMR, NM. Preference hires for local Military, Police and VETERANS.

Location:

Fort Bliss, TX and WSMR, Alamogordo, NM

Dates:

July 14, 2024 – August 3, 2024.

Qualifications:

***MUST be a Former COMBAT MOS (*_Military Occupational Specialty) *_with a minimum of 6-years of military service ***

Required Skills to be considered:

• Shall be willing and able to participate in force-on-force scenarios using blank, SIMs, and/or UTM ammunition during day and night operations
• Shall stay in role during all scenario events
• Shall have a current driver’s license
• Ride in military vehicles (i.e., up-armored, off-road vehicles, non-standard vehicles and/or all-terrain vehicles) during day and night operations, as required
• Walk distances more than 1-mile, as scenario events dictate in all weather conditions
• Remain in attire and in character for the duration of the training exercises
• Must have a valid State issued driver’s license
• Must be available for the entire duration of exercise
• Shall be able to stand for 4-hour intervals at a time outdoors Work for up to (10) “in-field” hours per day, Actors/Role Players will be engaged in scenarios that may last up to 10 hours, all contractors shall work outside in all types of weather
• General Role Players/Actors shall not directly engage or interact with mission personnel outside of training evolutions-Specifically, no questions or conversations directed at mission personnel when not conducting a role play scenario
• Take direction and execute specific directions from managers on site
• Excellent communication skills, be able to work as part of a team
• Priority hires for active military and law enforcement veterans
