Foreign Studies Advisor assists and advises students looking to travel abroad for studies, employment, and volunteering. Plans and leads information sessions regarding overseas opportunities, registration, credit transfer, and financial aid. Being a Foreign Studies Advisor requires a bachelor's degree. Typically reports to a manager. The Foreign Studies Advisor gains exposure to some of the complex tasks within the job function. Occasionally directed in several aspects of the work. Job Description :
Details of the position :
1. Students to teach : Undergraduates majoring in English or engineering, postgraduates majoring in engineering
2. Class size : 25 - 40 students a class
3. Workload : 16 teaching hours per week
4.Teaching courses : Language courses of English, such as spoken English, conversation, literature, writing comprehension, newspaper reading and audio-video course, Computer relevant courses etc.
5. Contract duration : from September 1, 2024 to June 30, 2025
Requirements :
a. Speaks English at an idiomatic level
b. at least BACHELOR degree or with TEFL, ESL, TEACHING CERTIFICATE(Master degree for computer teacher)
c. Age : 25-56
d. Without strong local accent
Benefits :
1. Salary CNY 8,500-10,000 per month
2. Free lodging on campus (a fully furnished apartment with bedroom, sitting room, bathroom, toilet, kitchen, in which computer, printer, TV, telephone, air-conditioner, refrigerator, washing-machine are well equipped with.)
3. 2,200 yuan RMB as Travel Subsidy for an academic year
4. Round-trip international Air Fare for an academic year (no more than 10,000 yuan RMB)
5. The health insurance is provided
6. Holidays : 2 days off for Christmas Day, the others same as the domestic teachers
7. Picking-up arranged upon arrival at Ganzhou airport
