Being a Fraud Detection Associate identifies areas for increased security procedures and reports to fraud prevention associates. May contact customers to verify or explain unusual account activity. Additionally, Fraud Detection Associate requires a high school diploma. Typically reports to a supervisor or manager. The Fraud Detection Associate possesses a moderate understanding of general aspects of the job. Works under the close direction of senior personnel in the functional area. What You Will Be Doing
The role involves understanding 3GPP specifications, conducting analytical studies, and evaluating their application for wireless networks. It includes researching emerging wireless technologies, translating them into operational environments, and enhancing user experiences. The position also requires working under senior engineers to develop 5G radio feature requirements.
Additionally, the responsibilities encompass RAN test and validation processes, including creating test cases and testing RAN features in lab and field settings. The role involves troubleshooting RAN performance issues with internal teams and vendors and interfacing with Network Engineering and Design teams for planning, deployment, and optimization.
Qualifications- Bachelors or higher in Electrical Engineering, Computer Science, or related discipline.
- 3-5 years of cellular industry working experience.
- Knowledge of digital communication theory, channel, waveform, modulation and coding, and RF propagation.
- Knowledge of the end-to-end physical layer communication systems.
- Must have demonstrated an understanding of new technologies and processes quickly.
- Positive and strong team player.
- Excellent oral and written communication skills.
