**Job Overview:**

We are a looking for a Friendly and Outgoing individual to join our Comfort Inn Family! Do you genuinely enjoy people? We are looking for a Full Time (32 hours) 2nd shift (3pm-11pm) Front Desk Clerk. Weekends are a must but time off requests are accepted. Do you like a laid back yet professional environment? If so, then we are perfect for you!

**Responsibilities:**

- Greet and welcome guests in a friendly and professional manner

- Check guests in and out of the hotel

- Answer phone calls and direct inquiries to the appropriate department

- Assist guests with requests and provide information about hotel services

- Handle guest feedback and resolve any issues promptly

- Process payments and maintain accurate records

**Skills:**

- Work experience as a Hotel Front Desk Agent, Receptionist or similiar role preffered

- Strong customer service skills with a focus on guest relations

- Proficiency in front desk operations and phone etiquette

- Ability to work with various phone systems effectively
