• Position Overview:

• Mint Funding is seeking a dynamic and results-driven ISO Relations Manager to join our team. The ISO Relations Manager will play a pivotal role in expanding our network of brokers and ISO partners, forging strong relationships, and driving business growth. This position offers an exciting opportunity to collaborate with industry professionals, leverage your networking skills, and make a significant impact in the financial services sector.

• Key Responsibilities:

• 1. Develop and implement strategies to identify, engage, and onboard new brokers and ISO partners to expand Mint Funding's reach and market presence.
• 2. Cultivate and maintain strong relationships with existing brokers and ISO partners, serving as the primary point of contact and addressing any inquiries or concerns promptly and effectively.
• 3. Provide training and support to brokers and ISO partners on Mint Funding's offerings, processes, and systems to ensure they are equipped to effectively promote and sell our financial solutions.
• 4. Analyze market trends, competitor activities, and industry developments to identify opportunities for growth and optimize broker and ISO partner relationships.
• 6. Monitor and track key performance indicators (KPIs) related to broker and ISO partner acquisition, retention, and revenue generation, and provide regular reports and insights to management.

• Qualifications:

• - Proven experience in sales, business development, or relationship management, preferably within the financial services industry.
• - Strong communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build rapport and influence stakeholders at all levels.
• - Demonstrated ability to work independently, prioritize tasks, and meet deadlines in a fast-paced environment.
• - Proficiency in Microsoft Office suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint) and CRM software.
• - Knowledge of financial products and services, including merchant cash advances, loans, or alternative financing solutions, is a plus.
• - Willingness to travel occasionally for client meetings, conferences, and industry events.

Pay: $75,000.00 - $450,000.00 per year
