This includes, but is not limited to, the following : Confirming batch receipt on schedule Overseeing the offshore team's work on batches and determining completion timelines Coordinating with the offshore team and clients regarding missing documents or information Ensuring import files are complete and accurate (including manual data entry if necessary) Liaising with the Accounting team on imports, batches, and timely execution of Bill of Sale (BOS ) Communicating funding completion to clients Managing servicing and settlement issues Addressing requests for missing documents and information Coordinating reduction requests with clients and the Servicing & Settlements team Communicating issues from the Servicing & Settlements team to clients while ensuring adherence to PROVE requirements Managing payment issues and coordinating with the appropriate team for resolution Following up on payments and refunds Working with the Accounting team to ensure funding availability, especially for large deployments Coordinating client, Accounting, and BOS signing to meet payment expectations Identifying and resolving discrepancies in BOS (incorrect amounts, missing patients, etc.

Job Duties : Manage our weekly / monthly fundings of current customers (10-12 customers on regular basis) Confirm batch received on regular schedule.
Ensure the offshore team is working on batch and determine timeline to completion. Coordinate with offshore team and client any missing documents or information.
Coordinate completion of import file, verifying all required information is complete. This could be making sure the team manually enters a small number of cases directly into CORE.
Coordinate with Accounting team the import / batch and ensure BOS gets executed on schedule. Communicate with client on completion.
Manage any Servicing and Settlements issues Find and locate any missing documents / information per request from the Servicing and Settlements (SS) team.
Ensure all document request emails get handled or sent to SS team to manage. Forward and coordinate any reduction requests with client and SS team.
Coordinate and communicate any issues from SS team to client and manage based on PROVE requirements. Ensure any payment issues / questions are appropriately coordinated with the correct team.
Follow up and ensure all payments or refunds are followed through with appropriate team. Coordinate with the Accounting team Ensure the Accounting team is aware of fundings as it comes up, especially any large deployments, to ensure we have the funds available.
Coordinate with client and accounting team to ensure BOS signed and the payment expectations are followed per agreement.
Coordinate any discrepancies with client if we have an issue with BOS. Incorrect amounts, missing patients, dates incorrect, etc.
Coordinate with accounting team and client if PROVE has questions on payment received.
