We are looking for a Dynamic Sales Professional to join our team in our Boulder Showroom. We specialize in high end, quality furniture with an emphasis on our Stressless Gallery. We sell comfort and quality and are experts in helping customers find the balance between design and comfort. Interior design/sales backgrounds are preferred but if you are able to work independently, are highly motivated, and comfortable and enjoy working with a discriminating customer, we are interested in speaking with you. We create lasting relationships with our customers and strive to provide a unique supportive shopping experience.

Responsibilities
- Utilize core skills such as retail sales, customer service, and product demos to assist customers in not just selecting furniture but creating a room they will truly enjoy.
- Demonstrate premium skills like upselling and merchandising to enhance sales opportunities.
- Communicate effectively with customers to understand their needs and provide personalized recommendations.
- Collaborate with team members to achieve sales targets and contribute to a positive work environment.

- Permorms proactive and consitent follow up with all customers before during and after the sale.

- Accurately perform all functions and maintain company operational standards.

Qualifications
- Strong background in retail sales and customer service

- Driven to achieve sales goals

- A strong sense of design and related experience
- Proficiency in using POS systems and cash registers
- Excellent communication skills, including phone etiquette
- Prior experience in sales preferred

The compensation range provided is a general guide and average pay of our sales team. We offer a strong commission structure with a guarantee base pay.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: $48,000.00 - $95,000.00 per year
