Responsibilities:

• Oversee daily operations of the station, ensuring smooth and efficient functioning
• Manage and coordinate staff schedules to ensure adequate coverage
• Monitor and maintain inventory levels, including stock of supplies and merchandise
• Handle customer inquiries and complaints, providing excellent customer service
• Train and supervise station staff, providing guidance and support as needed
• Implement and enforce company policies and procedures
• Conduct regular inspections to ensure cleanliness and organization of the station
• Prepare reports on station performance, including sales data and inventory levels
• Other duties as assigned

Skills:

• Strong time management skills to effectively prioritize tasks and meet deadlines
• Proficiency in math for handling cash transactions, calculating sales, and managing inventory
• Knowledge of the local market to identify trends and make informed business decisions
• Excellent organizational skills to maintain records, schedules, and inventory systems
• Professional phone etiquette for handling customer inquiries and resolving issues
• Administrative skills for managing paperwork, reports, and employee records
