Glazier installs glass in windows, skylights, store fronts, and display cases, or on surfaces such as building fronts, interior walls, ceilings, and tabletops. May require a high school diploma or its equivalent. Being a Glazier may have to complete an apprenticeship and/or formal training in area of specialty with 2-4 years of experience in the field or in a related area. Familiar with standard concepts, practices, and procedures within a particular field. Additionally, Glazier relies on limited experience and judgment to plan and accomplish goals. We are local established glass company with great reputation looking to hire a responsible, reliable individual to join our team . Positions include:
*Seasoned Glazier to work with glass in various surfaces and settings, such as new and old vinyl, aluminum, & wood windows, patio doors such new rollers and tracks, display cases, mirrors, and tabletops. Glass replacement and new windows.
Must be hard working, dependable & have valid drivers license. Company vehicle provided during working hours. May be required to supply a current DMV report
Being able to cut glass Have the ability to work with heights, ladder work up to 40’
Must be able to do some heavy lifting. Team lifting. Communication is a must.
Work outside in any weather conditions
We do mostly residential jobs work with some light commercial.
Compensation: $24-$26 an hour to start. Negotiable. Paid holidays after probationary period.
