We are seeking a skilled and experienced Grader to join our team. As a Grader, you will be responsible for operating heavy equipment, such as dump trucks, excavators, compact track loaders, and water trucks, to perform various grading and excavation tasks. Your expertise in mechanical knowledge and equipment operation will be essential in ensuring the successful completion of construction projects.
Responsibilities:
- Operate heavy equipment, including dump trucks, excavators, loaders, and water trucks
- Perform grading and excavation tasks according to project specifications
- Utilize equipment to dig, pave, bulldoze, and perform horizontal drilling as required
- Conduct routine maintenance and inspections on equipment to ensure proper functioning
- Adhere to safety protocols and guidelines at all times
- Collaborate with team members and communicate effectively to ensure project success
